3D Print a Case for Your Amiga Computer Mouse Adapter (30-60 mins)

Task: 3D Print a Case for Your Amiga Computer Mouse Adapter

Needed: 3D Printer, PLA Filament, STL File for Case

Time: 30-60 minutes

Introduction

I previously posted about purchasing an adapter to connect a PS/2 optical mouse to an Amiga computer. The purchase I made was only for the bare circuit board. I searched around and found a nice design for a case that can be 3D printed.

Instructions

I purchased the STL file for the mouse adapter case from Cults 3D for a little over $2.

The top and bottom use up about 13 grams of PLA filament and take about 30 minutes to print on my Bambu Lab H2S 3D printer. I used 50% infill to give it a little stronger finish.

I used two M3*16 screws to hold the case parts together. A slighter shorter screw would be fine.

Comments

This is a nice design that works well. Worth the $2 I spent.
