Task: Change the Workbench 3.2 Title Text on Your Amiga Computer
Needed: Amiga Computer or Emulator Running AmigaOS 3.2.3
Time: 5 minutes
Introduction
I have previously posted about AmigaOS version 3.2 that brings new features to the legacy Amiga Kickstart and Workbench OS. One of these new features is the ability to edit to the title bar at the top of the Workbench screen. This is very easy to do.
Instructions
Navigate to the Preferences folder in Workbench and open the Workbench app there. You will see a box at the bottom for editing the title bar.
There are also some variables you can enter:
%r — release/version information
%e <variable> — an environment variable
%mce — free CHIP RAM
%mfe — free Fast RAM
k as the memory-unit suffix for kilobytes; for example %mcek and %mfek

Comments
This is a nice feature and would allow you to add your name or any other customization to your title bar.
